Why we chose Montreal in Canada?

Canada does not have a colonial past with African countries as most of the European countries do.

Montreal is an important technological pole in North America. It’s easier to communicate from Montreal to Abidjan, Dakar or Antananarivo, than from Abidjan to Kinshasa. We are located near the new power center (United Nations, USA, IMF...).

In the new era of globalisation, it’s important to let Africans lead the voice of Africa since we are always better served by ourselves.
